RFID tag will be installed on all the vehicles registered with the department. The process of installation can be defined in two phases:
RFID Tag will be installed at field location and details of installation will be captured by the mobile application. The RFID Tag will be issued from back office and a staff/agent can only install the tag issued to him/her.
The landing page of collection module will be designed and its URL will be published on various websites owned and operated by the Mining Department. The landing page will have details specific to RF ID tag installation process, necessary Government Orders, user guide to pay the tag cost, helpline details, contact us and any other notification/news flash.
A payment collection module will be developed. This module will be used to collect payment from vehicle owners for RF ID tag installation.
The user payment module will give the following two options:
In this case, the user will enter the vehicle number, following which our system will fetch vehicle details from the master database and display the same for the user. The user will verify the details and proceed for payment. At this step, the user will be asked for his GST number. Once user decides on GST, he'll have an option of pay. When the user clicks on pay button, he will be given multiple payment options to select. Once the payment is confirmed a GST invoice will be generated and made available for print.
In this module user will have an option to select multiple vehicles for which user decides to make the payment. Once the user selects all the vehicles, he is given an option to verify each vehicle detail. Upon verification user will be asked for his GST number. GST number will be a non-mandatory field. Once user decides on the GST, he'll have an option to pay. When the user clicks on pay button, he will be given multiple payment options to select. Once the payment is confirmed a GST invoice will be generated and will be available for print.
